Self-serve plans and billing

Subscribe to a plan and manage billing yourself from a new Billing page — monthly or yearly, change plans anytime, and preview any plan free during your trial.

Moving onto a paid plan used to mean getting in touch with us. ShonyLabs Analytics now has a self-serve Billing page: pick Starter or Growth, choose monthly or yearly, and check out with a card. Billing runs through our payment provider as merchant of record, so sales tax and VAT are calculated and remitted for you, and your invoices and receipts live in a billing portal you can open anytime.

Change plans whenever

Already subscribed and want more event headroom or a different tier? Changing your plan updates your existing subscription in place with a prorated charge or credit — you're not signing up for a second one. The same billing portal is where you update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

Try any plan during your trial

While you're still in your trial, the Billing page lets you switch between tiers and event quotas for free, with no card required — so you can turn on a Growth-only feature like brand mentions, see whether it's worth it, and only pick a paid plan when you're ready. Starter covers one website and up to three teammates per site; Growth removes those limits.

After the trial

When a trial ends, you're now taken to the Billing page to choose a plan instead of hitting a wall at the login screen. And if a renewal payment fails, there's a short grace period where everything keeps working while you sort out your card.
