Google Search Console integration

See which Google search terms drive traffic to your site, and optionally estimate revenue per query.

From a site's Settings › Integrationstab, connect the Google account that has access to your site's property in Google Search Console. Once connected, a new Search queries tab appears alongside Source/Referrer/Campaign/Keyword under Acquisition, showing the queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position Google reports for your site.

Connecting

Make sure the Google account you connect with has at least Restricted access to the property in Search Console. We only request read-only access (webmasters.readonly) — we never modify anything in your Search Console account.

We try to automatically match the connected account's properties to your site's domain. If your domain doesn't match automatically (for example if you verified a domain property like sc-domain:example.comrather than a URL-prefix property), you'll be asked to pick the right one from a list.

Revenue attribution is an estimate

Search Console never tells us which visitor made which search — it only reports aggregate query/page/click data. When revenue attribution is enabled, we estimate each query's revenue by splitting a page's total revenue across its queries in proportion to each query's share of that page's clicks. This is a reasonable way to rank queries by likely impact, not an exact per-visitor attribution.

Data freshness

Search Console data itself typically lags 2–3 days behind real time on Google's side. We also cache query results for about 15 minutes per site to stay within Google's API quotas.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting from the Integrations tab immediately stops the Search queries tab from showing and deletes your stored connection — nothing changes in Google Search Console itself.
